Jewellery Production Process Management, an Enterprise Resource Planning JPPMS – a high-end product in the manufacturing segment catering to Jewellery Production Management. A Web-based product with rich and dynamic front end providing complete life cycle implementation of a production chain involving inventory of raw materials, order registration and processing, manufacturing status, catalog, purchase & supply, workflows for approvals, MIS reports. 





The function flow is driven by User Role based Authentication and Authorization. 

User Modules: 
1) PD Manager (PD + QA)

 2) HR Manager (HR + Account)
 3) Merchandiser
 4) Trade Manager (Purchase + Sale) 
5) System Admin DASHBOARD 
1) View pending orders / delayed orders / orders on hold in the system. 
4) Perform a quick process-wise overview for different orders with status of each jobcard reported at any point in time. 
PRODUCTION 
1) Set the execution plan for a jobcard for various stages such as melting, casting, linking, polish etc.
 2) Manage the entire life-cycle for a jobcard right from different stages to jobcard quality testing process. 
3) Take a quick overview of the gold-stock that you have in your factory with different purities of gold that are available. 
4) Facility to define attributes of diamonds and color stones.
 5) Track of gold dust(chura) or other wastages at each stage. 
6) Track of damaged, lost stones as well as wastage at each stage is done.
 7) Perform general recovery of gold from sources such as A/C net, water tank, vacuum cleaner etc.
 8) Perform recovery for gold that is recovered from different stages such as melting, casting, polish etc. 
9) Perform the conversion of gold purities during the melting process. 

MERCHANDISE OPERATIONS 
1) Add new orders and manage those previously created. 
2) Create new jobcards; assign jobcards to a production manager and view the status updates for the jobcards. 
3) Unique design creation system with photos of created designs used throughout the system for better understanding. 
4) Create / edit jewellery designs; copy previously created designs to create new ones; use these designs for jobcards. 
5) These designs can be sent or emailed to customers. 
6) Add a note in the system for various goods recieved from the client.
 7) Manage the delivery chalan for one / many jobcards for a particular client.
 8) View all completed jobcards in the system at one go. 
9) Add / edit information about your clients such as basic information, personal information, billing information. HR OPERATIONS 
1) Add / view / search / edit employee details. 
2) Keep track of payment details for a particular employee. 
3) Gold, Diamond loss highlights by employee, so the loss can be adjusted with wages / salary 

TRADE 
1) Add / view / edit / delete information about different vendors. 
2) Manage gold, diamond, color stone purchases made from different vendors.
 3) Create Order for any type of purchase in the organisation. 
4) Periodical stock checking, stock at each department or stage is maintained with work completed stock. ACCOUNT
 1) Manage Billing / Invoice Details.Create a new invoice; print the invoice; Add Payment & Issue Receipt to the system. 
2) Manage billing history for all your clients; issue new invoice for a client. 

REPORTS
 1) Allocated working gold stock with workers. 
2) Total Gold issued and returned for any specified duration. 
3) View a report of losses made by workers for different jobcards.
 4) Gold Loss during the process, workerwise loss details 
5) General recovery report, recovery from A/C, watertank etc. 
6) Loss report while converting gold in different purities. 
7) Product planning details during any specified duration. 
8) Goods received note of clients of any specified duration.
 9) Gold balance of any client, total Gold work done for any client. 
10) Client wise delivery report 

SYSTEM ADMIN 
1) Manage user accounts for all the users of the system.
 2) View activity logs for all the user of the system.
 3) Manage master data for gold, diamonds and colorstones that will be used throughout the system. 

CLIENT MANAGEMENT 
1) Manage information about your clients such as basic information, personal information, billing information 
2) Add Goods Recieved note particular client. 
3) Manage billing history for all your clients; issue new invoice for a client. 
4) Manage returned-goods for any particular client. 
5) Client stock balance, delivery history and more. 

Design MANAGEMENT 

1) Manage Design Gallery 
2) Add Modify Master data of any design. 
3) Create Quotation based on client's need with multiple design. 
4) Automatic cost calculation based on diamond rate set for each group of diamond.

In our most beautiful word, people are more passionate about diamond because "Diamond are forever" but they don't know these rare and valuable diamond history and myths. They unwitting about world famous diamonds, their color, and how big are they . In this post I'm discussing regarding to some facts and information concerning these diamonds.

Color of Famous Diamonds:

                              Diamonds are the "Girls best friend" and also a symbol of love and royalty because of its beauty, elegance and strangeness. Diamonds are available in many varieties of different-different color like blue, pink, green, blank, red and orange. These fancy colors are not graded as with compared to "White" or "Colorless" diamonds. 

But when we talk about fancy color diamonds there is also famous diamonds they are "The Hope Diamond", "the Hancock Red" and the Dresden Green. The value of these fancy color diamonds are derived by color intensity.

1. The Hope Diamond:  

The Hope Diamond also known as "The Blue of France" and "The King's Jewel". It is not only famous blue diamond but also one of the most famous diamond in the world. Weight 45.52 carats (9.10g), size and shape in "pear shaped" and now settle in the Smithsonian Natural History Museum in Washington, D.C.

            2. The Koh-I-Noor:  

The Koh-I-Noor also known as "Mountain of Light", is one of the oldest famous diamonds and the longest of all famous diamonds. Weight 793 carats when uncut now 105.6 metric, founded in India and now became part of the British Crown Jewels. 

            3. The Great Star of Africa: 

 The Great Star of Africa is also known as "The Golden Jubilee", is the is the largest gem-quality and the largest cut diamond in the world ever found. Weight 3106.75 before uncut now 545.67carats, Pear Shaped and no knitted in the head of the Sceptre with the Cross.  

            4. The Regent: 

 The Regent sometimes also known as the Pitt Diamond, is the undeniable goodwill as the most beautiful diamond in the world. Weight 140.50 carats, Discovered in India in 1698, obtained by Thomas Pitt, Governor of Madras and now at the Louvre in Paris. 

            5. The Kahn Canary: 

 Founded in Crater of Diamonds National Park, Arkansas in 1977, also famous yellow diamond and unofficial symbol of the state. Weight 4.25 carats, size and shape in "its natural beauty of shape", wearing by Hillary Clinton 42nd President of The United States of America.

            6. The Orlov Diamond: 

 It is one of the most absorbing diamond in the world, also know as "Orloff" that was stolen from an indian temple in Puducherry. Weight 189.62 carats (37.92 g), size and shape in "half a chicken's egg", now established in the possession of the Russian government and set in the Imperial scepter.

            7. The Idol's Eye: 

 It is one of the most mysteriou diamond and no one know its entire history, found at Golconda around 1600. Weight 70.20 Carats, size and shape in "bantam's egg", given by by the Sheik of Kashmir to the Sultan of Turkey as ransom for Princess Rasheetah.

            8. The Sancy:  

The famous diamonds in Europe and one of the most interesting and confused diamond in the world. Weight 55 carats, size and shape in "pear shape", the stone was obtained to Constantinople by the French Ambassador to Turkey. 

            9. The Taylor-Burton: 

 It is most famous diamond according to its history, Richard Burton give this stone as a gift for Elizabeth Taylor as an engagement. Weight 69.42 Carats after cutting, in a pear shape, Liz Taylor sold this stone after Richard Burton's death, now present in Saudi Arabia as seen last time.

            10. The Hortensia: 

 It is orangey-pink color most famous diamond in the world and part of the French Crown Jewels. Weight 20 carats, rectangular in shape and are cut on five sides, now last viewed at the Louvre in Paris.
