Qualifications: - Graduated (Any Discipline)- Jewellery Designing Knowledge , Graduate or Diploma Holder in Gemology , Diamond Grading ( Rough & Polish ) .
Job Profile:-
ROLE DESCRIPTION
• Conduct Gemology/Jewelry Designing Program as per the guidelines
•Conduct extra classes as per the guidelines
•Addresses student concerns and attend to them promptly & effectively
•Interface Director & Colleagues
•Counsels students regarding academic performance & methods of improvement.
•Maintains and fosters sensitivity and respect for a culturally diverse classroom environment.
•Participates in Education meetings and training, as needed, concerning courses material instruction, student concerns, operational & administrative procedures, etc.
•Proctors tests; receives, corrects, and processes student assignments.
•Submits all required class paperwork and documents in a timely and complete manner.
•Submits final student grades to Student Services according to required schedule
•Communicates effectively, gets along with co-workers and management, and deals with others effectively and professionally under pressure
• Conduct classes
•Work on identifying new areas of content requirement as per Industry/Student feedback and work towards it.
Desired Skills:
1.Education requirements: Graduated (Any Discipline), Graduate or Diploma Holder in Gemology.
2. Work Experience: Relevant work experience of 1 to 3 years
3.Skills & Abilities:
4.In-depth knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, gem identification equipments, jewelry designing & CAD CAM and understanding of the jewelry industry
5.Ability to demonstrate a command of theory and contemporary knowledge, and continuing study in field
6.Ability to effectively present course material and provide answers and feedback to students.
7. Ability to effectively interface with staff and students
8. Strong Communication skills
